Detailed description of the works We are at the very first stages of really deciding on what kind of extension we would like for our family home in Meelick. Currently we live in a 3 bedroom dormer bungalow in an estate of 11 houses. There is myself and my husband, our 2 girls aged 3 and 4 and twin boys aged 10 months. As you can imagine space will get a bit tight as our family grows so we would like to look at some options to make our family home a better and bigger space for us. Now this is where it gets a bit complicated, we live in the dormer bungalow in Meelick which we love however we have another property currently rented out in Corbally which has potential for extension also. We would like you to help us decide which of these 2 houses offer us the best option as our long term family home and what we can do to both houses to increase it to its maximum. Ideally we would like to increase the living spaces and have 5 bedrooms. We have no budget decided yet as we would like to see what we can do to both properties and work back from that.
