Detailed description of the works Small extension, 9ftx20ft, at the back of semi detached house. Knocking down wall between kitchen and dining at back o house to create large open kitchen/dining area. Also installation of small toilet in hall. Also new wall between current living room and dining room. I have no idea how much I should budget for this so just choose 2000.
