Detailed description of the works In the process of buying 1970s two storey detached house. Looking to get sketch designs done to renovate and extend the house. Currently 1600sq foot and would like to renovate and entend to make it 2500 sq. foot modern (but not too contempary) house. Would like to deal with an architect that has experience of working with similar projects. Would like to get sketch designs done by 2/3 architects and then choose who to work with on the basis of these.
