Detailed description of the works Reroof, insulate ceilings and walls. Change windows to double glazed. Install family Bathroom/Toilet. Convert existing extension(Kitchen/Dining/old bathroom toilet) into more appropriate ergonomic Kitchen/Dining and small Loo area. Upgrade plumbing + heating systems from Stove burner/Back boiler twinned with oil central heating to something more functional. We have problems with pipe size and hot water circulation. Upgrade sewage system, as we currently pipe all sewage and waste water into a free draining pit. Open to ideas and advice on best options for all upgrades and need help with planning decision making. Have preferred builders/plumbers/electricians but need assistance with timelining and budgetting
