Detailed description of the works Preparing a planning application, planning drawings of the small house extension (aprox.36 ft2 or 4 m2) at the front of the house and a shelter consisting of a roof supported on posts, built at the front of main entrance. I need to put a big steel garage (60 m2) beside a house and a carport at the front of the garage. The carport will be beyond the front line of the house. My house is the last one on the cul de sac street, so the carport will not be disturb anyone. From the garages side, I have got a road in my neighbourhood.
