Detailed description of the works i require a stairs for a house which i have just completed in douglas, cork. the total rise from floor to floor is 2883mm, the width of the stairwell is 1460mm, the length of the stairwell is 4405mm, i require from my calculations 10 treads and then a quarter landing which will then turn left with 2 treads and then the upper floor thus resulting in 14 risers with each rise being 206mm, the going will be 235mm, the width of the staircase will be 973mm. i want it built simply in deal and i have not yet decided on what type of rails or ballustrades as yet.the drawings i have changed quite a bit since the build started, however i will take some photos and forward them in the next couple of days regards billy 0877793706
