Detailed description of the works A property in Tourmakeady has been empty since 2013 and has recently been purchased. Before the electricity supply can be re-connected we need an electrician to inspect the property throughout and assess if any remedial work on the electrics needs to be carried out. Once the assessment and any work has been carried out a Certicate of Electrical Compliance will need to be issued for ESB Networks and any other regulatory organisation. We have a contact in Tourmakeady who holds a key and will act as point of contact on the ground.
